	Many business managers cannot dedicate sufficient time to developing a Business Continuity Management system, often they don’t know where to start. EMA’s Introduction to Business Continuity Management Workshop is designed for this very purpose; catering for key individuals, or whole departments.


	Following the workshop attendees will have an understanding of the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) process, along with the key steps required to carry out a Threat Assessment and identify the impact on your business.


	Attendees will also learn how to apply the BCM to your business and agree ownership for the steps required to produce, implement and test the plan.
