An essential element of any Business Continuity Plan is a comprehensive Threat or Risk Assessment and the subsequent impact on the business.

EMA provides bespoke workshops covering both these areas, enabling your staff to identify the differentiation between critical and non-critical organisation functions / activities and plan accordingly.

The workshop will also cover topics such as Recovery Point Objective (RPO) - the acceptable latency of data that will be recovered and Recovery Time Objective (RTO) - the acceptable amount of time to restore the function.

This will enable you to decide the type of services you would require to enable your business to continue to operate and return to “business as normal” following an unplanned interruption.
